I’ve spent more than two decades helping leaders grow in ways that are practical, human, and built to last. From high-growth startups to global brands like Apple, I’ve supported teams through big goals, big changes, and the real-world pressure that comes with both.

My leadership experience comes from years on the ground. Leading teams, developing leaders, and building large-scale learning programs that reached thousands. It taught me something simple and important: people don’t need more theory. They need clarity, confidence, and skills they can actually use on Monday morning.

Since then, I’ve partnered with executives navigating complex transformation, designed leadership experiences that cut through noise and overwhelm, and coached leaders who want to communicate clearly, make better decisions, and build teams that don’t crumble under pressure.
